Félix Canto has a diverse work experience. In 2011, they worked as a Project Manager at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry, where they played a key role in opening the first store in Paris and launching the Delivery Service. In 2013, they joined GROUPE M6 as a Coordinator of Productions, responsible for sales, client relationship management, and budgeting. From 2013 to 2018, Félix co-founded L'Orangerie de Paris, a company that sells fresh orange juice vending machines across France. During this time, they managed the entire value chain, including production, customer service, and logistics, and established partnerships with prominent companies like SNCF, DECATHLON, and L'OREAL. In 2018, they joined Taster as a City Manager, where they oversaw profit and loss, implemented operational processes, ensured hygiene control, and managed the supply chain and HR. Later, Félix took on the role of Head of Asian Brands, where they focused on growing the Asian brands portfolio by identifying market trends and creating new brands. Félix also acted as a marketing coordinator, developing creative projects to attract growth and visibility. In April 2020, Félix became the Commercial & Expansion Manager at Taster.

Félix Canto received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship from EDC Paris Business School, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Pierre Corneille in Rouen from 2005 to 2008, although the specific degree or field of study during that period is unknown.
