Izabela Bella Zarychta

Izabela Bella Zarychta's work experience begins in 2007 at Costa Coffee, where they served in various roles including Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Senior Store Manager in the Innovation Team, Operations Support Manager, and finally as an Area Manager. Izabela Bella then owned their own recruitment company called Care Services 24 Recruitment from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as an Area Manager II at Amazon on a fixed-term basis. Currently, they are working at Taster as an Operations Manager and Franchise Partner Consultant, where they are responsible for driving commercial relationships, supporting kitchen partners, monitoring performance, onboarding new partners, training and auditing, and collaborating with various teams to establish and maintain strong relationships.

Izabela Bella Zarychta has a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism Management from London Metropolitan University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including "Fundamentals of project planning and management" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in December 2022, "Global Business Services Qualifications" from ACCA in August 2019, and "NLP and Coaching" from Champion Academy Ltd in May 2016.
