Lead Product Designer at Taster

Natasha Porter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Natasha is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Taster since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as a UX Design and Research Consultant at IBM from December 2020 to August 2021. Natasha also worked at Culinary Agents, where they held the positions of Jr. Product Designer from June 2019 to December 2020 and UX/UI Design Intern from January 2019 to May 2019. Additionally, they worked as a UX/UI Designer (Freelance) at Columbia Bartending Agency from February 2019 to June 2019 and at reducingstereotypethreat.org from January 2018 to November 2018. Natasha gained experience as a Hostess at Aquavit from August 2018 to January 2019. Natasha also served as a Research Assistant at Higgins Laboratory from April 2016 to May 2018 and as a Bartender at Columbia Bartending Agency and School of Mixology from September 2015 to May 2018. Natasha further enhanced their skills through a Digital Marketing and Consumer Research Internship at Sisley Paris from June 2017 to August 2017 and an internship at ALTAVIA in July 2016.

Natasha Porter completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Computer Science from Columbia University from 2014 to 2018. In 2016, they participated in the Summer Intensive Studies program at Parsons School of Design - The New School, focusing on Graphic Design. Prior to attending Columbia University, they attended Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle from 2010 to 2014, where they studied Economics and Social Sciences. In 2013, Natasha also completed the Pre-College Program in Painting at the Rhode Island School of Design.

Alongside their formal education, Natasha has obtained several certifications. In August 2018, they completed the User Experience Design Circuit from General Assembly. More recently, they acquired the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in March 2021, followed by the Google Analytics at IBM - Practitioner certification in April 2021. In May 2021, Natasha completed the Irrational Labs Behavioral Economics Bootcamp offered by Irrational Labs. Additionally, they obtained the Program Manager Level 1 (a.k.a. The Maestro) certification from Optimizely in December 2020.
