Axel Strubel

Axel Strubel has been working in the field of data science since 2020. Axel is currently a Data Scientist at Tastewise. Prior to this, they were a Data Scientist Intern at Fiverr, where they created and maintained an anomaly detection system using Python, BigQuery and Prophet for main KPIs. Axel also conducted a wide optimization process and expanded the granularity of dimensions analyzed, forecasted on, and tracked. From 2018 to 2020, Axel worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB, where they developed and improved HMI as well as Java microservices in order to give tools to the bank in order to comply to regulatory laws. Axel also helped and lead migration to a more recent version of a framework used in the app. From 2017 to 2018, Axel worked as a Mobile application developer at Thales, and from 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Web application developer at Informatique CDC.

Axel Strubel has a diverse education history. Axel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Sorbonne University between 2011 and 2014. Axel then completed a Master of Science in Computer Science at IMT Atlantique between 2014 and 2017. In 2015, they attended Dublin City University for a course in Computer Science. From 2016 to 2017, they studied Smart Objects, Security and DeepLearning/Semantic Web at EURECOM. In 2019-2020, they completed a Fellows data science program at Israel Tech Challenge. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificat machine learning d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par l'universit\u00e9 de Stanford (MOOC) from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016, and a TOEIC score 955/970 from TOEIC\u00ae Program in 2017.
