Sanjay Arora

Sanjay Arora is currently the Executive Vice President & Head of Operations at Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited. He joined Tata AIA Life in 2015 as Head of Internal Audit and in January 2019 moved into role of Business transformation, thereby responsible for setting the following verticals - Project Management Office and Health & Wellness.

He is responsible for driving operational excellence through design, implementation, and improvement of policies and procedures to ensure that the Company delivers best in class experience to its customers and consumers.

Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant from Mumbai and is also a Certified Information Systems and Internal Auditor from USA and has over 19 years of experience.

Prior to joining Tata AIA Life, he has worked with Aviva Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and KPMG. He brings with him a wealth of experience across project management, internal audit, compliance and risk management.
