Sunita Dujari has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Sunita is currently working as the VP - Head of Customer Service and Customer Experience at Tata AIA Life Insurance since July 2021. Prior to that, Sunita held various roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, including AVP - Bancassurance Account/Relationship Management and Business Quality from May 2016 to July 2021, AVP - Digitalization from January 2014 to April 2016, and Chief Manager- Customer Service, Customer Experience, Quality, and Operations from April 2006 to December 2014.
Sunita Dujari completed their secondary education at Holy Cross Convent High School, Thane from 1979 to 1990. Sunita then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce at Mulund College of Commerce from 1990 to 1995. Sunita furthered their education with a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai between 1995 and 1997. Sunita also gained expertise in computer programming by earning a GNIIT from NIIT from 1992 to 1996. Later, Sunita obtained an Executive MBA from the Institute for Technology Management from 2008 to 2010. Recently, they also obtained a Fellowship in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India, completed between 2015 and 2017. Additionally, Sunita has obtained several certifications, including Artificial Intelligence Tools and Concepts, Excel: PivotTable Tips, Empathy for Sales Professionals, Body Language and Women at Work, Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success, and How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit from various institutions.
