Sameer Mathur

Sameer Mathur has a diverse work experience spanning various industries including insurance, finance, and project management. Sameer currently holds the position of Vice President - Operations at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited since March 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Aircel as the DGM- Finance Shared Services from March 2012 to March 2018. Sameer also has experience as a Vice President in Operations and Project Management at Keramischer Ofenbau GmbH and Religare Insurance Broking Limited respectively. Sameer has also worked in various roles at ICICI Lombard, including Zonal Service Manager, Corporate Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Operations Manager. Sameer started their career as an Executive at BILT in August 2000. Additionally, they have worked as a Project Consultant at Falcon Insurance PCL, Bangkok where they provided strategic recommendations and technical support for enhancing business operations.

Sameer Mathur has a diverse education history. Sameer attended Harvard Business School from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Leadership Management. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management from 1998 to 2000. Sameer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Sri Aurobindo College, Delhi University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. Before pursuing higher education, Sameer completed their AISSCE from Modern Vidya Niketan in 1994 and 1995. In addition to their formal education, Sameer has obtained several certifications in quality systems and management from institutions such as ICICI Lombard, WIPRO, Six Sigma Alchemy, and Religare.
