Rajeev Rai

Rajeev Rai has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Rajeev started their career at GMT Teletech Pvt Ltd as an Operations Manager from 2003 to 2006. Rajeev then joined Dell International Services Ltd as a Technical Support Manager from 2006 to 2014. Following that, Rajeev worked at Tata Communications as a Delivery Head for Enterprise Business, Cloud/IOT from 2014 to 2023. Currently, they are working at Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) as the Head of Managed Services, responsible for achieving SLA/KPI of assigned customer accounts, maintaining high GM% and profitability, and increasing scope in the same account year on year.

Rajeev Rai completed their 12th grade education at Kendriya Vidyalaya begumpet, with a focus on Biology, General. In addition, they obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance® in January 2019.
