Subir Halder

Subir Halder is an accomplished professional in the telecommunications sector with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Circle Head for Bihar-Jharkhand-Odisha at Tata Communications Transformation Services since April 2019, Subir has successfully led comprehensive field operations and the transformation of expansive V! Networks. Previous roles include overseeing significant network operations as Circle Head for ROB-KOL at TCTS and serving as CTO for Frontline (NCR) Business Solutions, where Subir managed O&M and project activities across India. Subir's career also features positions at Alcatel Lucent Managed Solutions, Idea Cellular Ltd, and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, demonstrating proficiency in telecom service delivery, project management, and operations management.
