Tapas Mazumdar

Tapas Mazumdar currently serves as a Sr. Executive - Project Manager at Tata Communications Transformation Services since November 2015. Prior to this role, Tapas worked at BSES Delhi as a GIS Junior Associate, focusing on the georeferencing of cadastral maps and digitization using ArcGIS, and at Double Helix Engineer as an Engineer involved in the manufacturing of LED lights and solar power plant installations. Earlier experience also includes serving as a GIS Executive at Genesys International, managing a LiDAR project with software Spatial Factory and ArcGIS. Tapas began the professional career as a Trainee at Luminous Engineering and Technology Services, working on land use and cover map upgrades. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations Management from Anna University Chennai, a PGDC in GIS & Remote Sensing from the National Power Training Institute, and a BTech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
