Lisa Youngers

Lisa Youngers currently serves as International General Counsel at Tata Communications, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Youngers was President and CEO of the Fiber Broadband Association from July 2018 to November 2020 and CEO of Nextlink Wireless LLC from July 2016 to February 2018. Extensive experience in telecommunications and regulatory affairs includes significant positions at XO Communications, GCI General Communication, MCI, and the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. Youngers holds a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a Certificate in High Potentials Leadership from Harvard Business School, a Certificate from the Regulatory Studies Program at Michigan State University, and a BA in Communication Arts and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
