Ankita Barman

Ankita Barman has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Ankita started their career as an intern at TATA Power in 2012. Subsequently, they joined TVS Sundram Fasteners Limited as an HRBP in September 2012, where they worked until October 2015. In 2009, they worked as an HR professional at Coastal Gujarat Power Ltd., a subsidiary of TATA Power, from March 2009 to May 2010. Currently, Ankita is working at Tata Housing Development Company Limited since April 2016, where they have held roles in Talent Management and HR Business Partner, as well as Learning and Development.

Ankita Barman pursued their education from 2010 to 2012, during which they attended two different institutions. Ankita attended the Balaji Institute of Human Resource Development, where they obtained a MBA degree with a focus on Human Resources. Additionally, they also attended Balaji Law College, where they obtained a degree in MLL&LW with a specialization in Labour laws.
