Pankaj Srivastava

Pankaj Srivastava has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to quality management and process improvement. Pankaj started their career as a Business Development and Training executive at ICL Certifications ltd in 2001, where they liaised with industries and vendors to promote awareness on ISO certifications and lead auditor courses.

In 2005, they worked as a Process Consultant at Q.I.C consultants pvt Ltd, where they provided their expertise in process improvement. Pankaj then joined Interglobe Technologies as a Senior Quality Analyst in 2006, where they defined policies and procedures as per ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements, conducted internal quality audits, and trained employees on quality procedures.

In 2007, Pankaj joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they deployed quality management systems, conducted quality audits and training, and supported in external assessments for ISO and CMMI SVC. Pankaj later became a Senior Manager-Quality Assurance, ensuring quality assurance deployment in all projects and facilitating trainings on quality tools and procedures.

Pankaj then moved to Tata Housing Development Company Limited, where they worked as a Business Excellence leader. In this role, they established process excellence in the company through process mapping, evaluation, and audit, supported in strategy development, ensured ISO 9001:2015 certification, and led process creation and KPI measures deployment across the organization.

Currently, Pankaj is working as a Business Transformation Consultant at Accenture in India. Pankaj'sresponsibilities include deploying business and client strategies for process transformation and improvement, identifying automation opportunities, conducting audits, providing quality management and process improvement trainings, and initiating process improvement initiatives.

Throughout their career, Pankaj has consistently demonstrated their expertise in quality management, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Pankaj Srivastava completed their Master's Degree in Bachelar of Science and Master of Business Administration at St Joseph College, Allahabad in 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Benchmark Six Sigma in February 2017. Pankaj is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Certified by TCS.
