Francis Ngumbi

Francis Ngumbi is currently the Head of Finance Kenya at Tata International Limited, where Francis is responsible for delivering the entire P&L and driving sustainable profitable growth for the business. Prior to this role, Francis held positions at companies such as Beiersdorf, Diageo, The Coca-Cola Company, and Genpact, where Francis gained experience in finance, planning, reporting, marketing procurement, and accountancy. Francis also has a background in youth financial empowerment and volunteering. Francis is currently pursuing a degree in Executive Leadership from Tata Blue Mint X London Business School and a Masters of Commerce in Strategic Management from Strathmore Business School. Francis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Kenyatta University.
