Annapurna Bhargava

Annapurna Bhargava currently serves as the Lead of Capability Development at Tata Motor Finance since November 2022. Previously held the position of Learning and Development Manager at YES BANK, where responsibilities included driving performance improvement in cross-sales for insurance products and managing new product launches for the sales team. Annapurna's experience also includes the role of Deputy Manager Training at Axis Bank, overseeing new hire training and stakeholder engagement. Earlier positions include Senior Manager in Learning Development at Spider Marketing and various roles in learning and development at SOTC Travel Ltd., Thomas Cook, and Make My Trip.
