Prashant Bharati

Prashant Bharati is Chief Legal & Compliance Officer of TMF group. Prashant joined TMF in Feb, 2018. Prashant is responsible for Legal & Compliance function of the company. He has a rich experience of over 22 years. Prior to TMF, he had stints with the Reliance Home Finance Limited, Reliance Commercial Finance Limited and Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd.

Prashant Bharati is also Chief Ethics Counsellor of TMF group and responsible for Leadership of Business Ethics (LBE) framework for TMF group.

Prashant has secured his law degree from The Govt. Law College, Mumbai. He is a smart Legal professional and uses his sharp Legal skills for benefit of TMF group. He also keeps sharp eyes on dynamic Regulatory & Statutory sphere.

Besides cases laws, he loves singing, driving and exploring new places.
