Punit Puri

Punit Puri is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at TMF Holdings. Prior to this, they worked at McKinsey Knowledge Center from August 1999 to September 2015, where they held various roles ranging from operations management to Head of HR.

Punit has accomplished many things throughout their career. In their role as Operations Lead, they successfully managed the performance review and recruitment processes for a team that grew from 25 to 100+ members. Punit also co-led the shared services strategy creation for the generalist research team on customer outreach, work allocation, footprint, make-vs.-buy, and talent mix.

In their role as Quality Leader, Punit focused on improving the quality of research output and processes – both end product quality and customer satisfaction. As a result of their efforts, the global quality ranking of focus teams improved from fourth quartile to second quartile in 3 years.

As Head of HR, Punit led multiple people engagement initiatives including an R&R program, health survey / quarterly dipstick, and the 15 years celebrations. Punit also standardized multiple areas of recruitment and operations including centralization of campus hiring. In addition, they oversaw the compensation and benefits, internal communications, and CSR initiative for the location.

Punit Puri pursued a career in accounting and commerce. Punit is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a B.Com from Sri Venketeshwara college, Delhi University.

Punit Puri works with Prashant Bharati - Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, Ridhi Gangar - CFO, and Rohit Sarda - Chief Credit Officer. Punit Puri reports to Samrat Gupta, CEO.
