Michael Grigg

Michael Grigg is a seasoned color specialist and engineer with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently employed at MGCOLOURLAB LTD since 2016, Michael is involved in a project at Bentley Motors in Crewe, focusing on mastering color for interior materials. Previously, as a Senior PQ Craftsmanship Engineer at TMETC and a Colour and Trim Engineer at Tata Motors since 2007, Michael successfully launched the NANO with zero color and trim issues. Earlier roles include working at Paintbox from 2005 to 2007, supporting color introduction for various luxury automotive brands, and at MG Rover from 1985 to 2005, where Michael developed processes for producing design intent masters. Michael's educational background includes attendance at Ilmington Boys from 1968 to 1972.
