Aastha C. has worked as an HR Lead Associate at TATA Power since May 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Payroll Assistant at Tata Power-DDL from June 2016 to May 2020.

Aastha C. completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from Delhi University between 2013 and 2016. Aastha is currently pursuing an Executive MBA with a focus on HR at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2021 to 2023. Aastha also obtained a certification in "HR as a Strategic Business Partner" from LinkedIn in 2023.
