Manish Tiwari

Manish Tiwari currently serves as the Head of Business HR for the Thermal Power Plant divisions at TATA Power, overseeing key HR functions across multiple locations, including Jojobera, Haldia, and Kalinganagar. With extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR, Manish has held various leadership roles within TATA Power since 2007, including Group Head of Strategic HR and Head HR of the Tankage Division. Prior to TATA Power, Manish gained experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering at ICICI Prudential, Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone, and other organizations. Manish holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and has completed several professional certifications, including life and career coaching.
