Soumya Das

Soumya Das is a Senior Planning Manager at Tata Projects, currently overseeing the Hot Strip Mill - 2 project at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel's Hazira Plant. With extensive experience in project planning and management, Soumya has held positions such as Manager (Planning) and Deputy Manager (Planning) at Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Private Limited and Shapoorji Pallonji Group, respectively, where significant projects included a Coke Oven Plant and the expansion of the Vizag Steel Plant. Prior to these roles, Deputy Manager (Planning & Contracts) at McNally Bharat Engineering contributed to the expansion of the Rourkela Steel Plant, while earlier experience as a Jr. Engineer at Mfar Constructions involved various real estate projects. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering & Management from NICMAR University and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Jadavpur University.
