Charlotte Bosma

Charlotte Bosma is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the field of business human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager Business HR at Tata Steel in Europa since August 2015, Charlotte leads a team of HR managers and oversees operations across 11 plants, managing approximately 6,000 full-time employees. Previous roles at Tata Steel include Manager Business HR, focusing on Rolling & Coating and Iron & Steel divisions, HR Manager, and HR Advisor, where responsibility encompassed various HR policies and practices for multiple plants. Prior to joining Tata Steel, Charlotte worked as an HR Advisor at HVC from June 2011 to August 2015, providing management with support in recruitment, training, performance management, and various HR projects. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Economics, Management, Economie & Recht from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and completed HAVO in Economie & Maatschappij at Kennemercollege.
