Vipin Sharma's work experience includes working at Tata Steel and TCS. At Tata Steel, they started as a Manager in HR, where they handled various responsibilities such as business partnering, recruitment, manpower planning, and HR statutory compliances. Vipin then progressed to the role of Sr. Manager HRM, where they continued to contribute to HR operations. Later, they became the Head of HR Strategy, Analytics & HR Innovation Labs, where they played a crucial role in defining HR strategy, driving sustainability initiatives, implementing HR analytics, and leading HR innovation projects. Vipin is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Tata Steel.
Before joining Tata Steel, Vipin worked as a Summer Intern at Tata Steel, where they successfully completed a project on Employee Development. Prior to that, they had a role as an ASE at TCS from September 2006 to July 2008.
Vipin Sharma completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2002 to 2006. Vipin then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon between 2008 and 2010. Currently, they are enrolled in the Sr. HR Leadership Program at Cambridge Judge Business School, starting in 2023.
