Mfoniso Afangideh

Mfoniso Afangideh has worked in various roles related to information technology and user security. They started their career as a Technology Helpdesk Technician at the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2014 and worked in this role until May 2015. They then joined Mayo Clinic as a Helpdesk Analyst from June 2016 to February 2017. After that, they worked at Capella University as an Academic Technical Analyst from February 2017 to December 2020. From January 2021 to July 2022, they held the position of User Security Administrator at Capella University. Currently, Mfoniso Afangideh is working as an Information Technology Security Administrator at Tatari since July 2022.

Mfoniso Afangideh completed a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, Mfoniso obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Mfoniso transferred from the American University of Nigeria in 2011 after studying Information Technology.

In addition to formal education, Mfoniso Afangideh has acquired several certifications. In September 2016, Mfoniso completed the "Becoming a Web Developer: Full Stack vs Front End" certification from Lynda.com. In August 2016, Mfoniso also obtained two more certifications from Lynda.com, namely "Foundations of UX: Accessibility" and "User Experience Fundamentals for Web Design."
