Mfoniso Afangideh has worked in various roles related to information technology and user security. They started their career as a Technology Helpdesk Technician at the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2014 and worked in this role until May 2015. They then joined Mayo Clinic as a Helpdesk Analyst from June 2016 to February 2017. After that, they worked at Capella University as an Academic Technical Analyst from February 2017 to December 2020. From January 2021 to July 2022, they held the position of User Security Administrator at Capella University. Currently, Mfoniso Afangideh is working as an Information Technology Security Administrator at Tatari since July 2022.

Mfoniso Afangideh completed a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas from 2018 to 2020.
