Sofia Ingargiola

Sofia Ingargiola has been in the workforce since 2019. Sofia began as an Associate Sales Representative at Tan Bella, then joined Flexport as a Workplace Associate in the same year. In 2021, they were promoted to Technical Recruiting Coordinator at Flexport. In 2022, they moved to Tatari as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator.

Sofia Ingargiola received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2018. Additionally, they obtained a CTPAT certification from Flexport in June 2020.
