Crystal Harris

Crystal Harris has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Crystal currently holds the position of Global EHS Lead Auditor at Tate & Lyle since April 2021. Prior to that, they owned their own consulting firm, CMH Consulting Solutions, LLC, starting in August 2020. Throughout their career, Crystal worked at Cargill from 2003 to 2019, holding various positions such as Operations Manager, Regional EHS & Warehouse Supervisor, CTS Americas EHS Lead, and NE Regional EHS Coordinator.

Crystal Harris attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Crystal further pursued their education at the same institution from 2001 to 2002 and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Technology.
