Holly Symolon has extensive experience in the food and nutrition industry, currently serving as Global Account Director at Tate & Lyle since March 2019. Prior to this role, Holly worked at BASF from September 2013 to February 2019, holding positions as Account Manager and in Technical Services focused on Human Nutrition. Holly also contributed to The Coca-Cola Company from September 2006 to June 2013 as a Senior Scientist, specializing in microbiology research and nutrition research, directing strategies for new ingredients and technologies. Holly earned a PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry from Emory University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Hartwick College.
