Kelley D. Watson

Kelley D. Watson, Ph.D. is currently serving as the Vice President Human Resources, NOAM & Global Operations at Tate & Lyle. Previously, Kelley held senior HR positions at Dyson, McKesson, Hewlett-Packard, Applied Materials, and Cooper Industries. Kelley has a strong background in organizational development, change management, and human resources strategy with experience in leading large-scale transformations and business turnarounds. Kelley holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, along with a Master of Science in the same field.
