Ursula Phillips is currently the Chief Technology Officer for both the Minderoo Foundation and Tattarang. Ursula has been in this position since 2021. Prior to this, they were an Information Technology Strategy Consultant for PMR Consulting from 2021. From 2018 to 2021, Ursula held the roles of Interim Group Risk Officer and Group Chief Information Officer for the Real Pet Food Company. From 2012 to 2018, Ursula was the Chief Information Officer for PepsiCo, where they were responsible for all aspects of business solutions, technology delivery, and service management for Australia and New Zealand. Ursula was a Managing Consultant for IBM from 2010 to 2007 and a Senior Project Manager for Oakton from 2007 to 2005. Ursula began their career as a Program Manager for Lion Nathan in 2005.

Ursula Phillips has a diverse educational background. In 2010, they obtained an MSP Practitioner certification from APMG Australasia. The following year, they received a Prince2 Practioner certification from APMG Australasia and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Ursula then went on to earn a BA Hons in Politics from Newcastle University between 2000 and 2003. Currently, they are enrolled in the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, pursuing a Level One Certificate in Organisational Coach Training. Ursula has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Implementing Supply Chain Management (2020), Supply Chain Foundations (2020), and Developing a Service Mindset (2019).
