Zoe Henham has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 1995. Zoe began their career at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Associate, where they managed large teams of audit staff and undertook technical work such as statutory accounting, management accounting and financial modelling and analysis. In 1998, they moved to FSS Financial as a Senior Consultant, recruiting accounting and finance professionals across all levels on behalf of Financial Services clients. Zoe then worked as the Head of Graduate Recruitment at Schroders in 2000, and Training, Development and Graduate Manager at Lazard in 2001. In 2004, they became the Global Head of Human Resources at CLSA, where they were responsible for the overall leadership and management of the global Human Resources function and held responsibility for HR performance across 21 offices and 1,900+ headcount globally. In 2016, they joined The Women's Foundation as a Member of the Board of Governors. Zoe also served as the Board Chair at Women's Legal Service WA from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold the roles of People and Culture at both Tattarang and Minderoo Foundation, as well as Audit and Risk Committee Member at Lifeline Australia.
Zoe Henham's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from the University of Melbourne (1992-1994); an A.C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (1996-1998); CIPD from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (2000-2003); Not for Profit Director Training from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (2015); and various Psychometric Testing from SHL (2000-2003).
