Sam Flood

Sam Flood has a wide range of experience in the real estate and investment banking industries. Currently, Sam is the Managing Director and Head of Multi Sector Rescue Capital and Office Portfolio at Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC. Previously, Sam held positions at Nuveen Real Estate and Clarion Partners, where Sam was involved in portfolio management, investments, financings, and client relations. Sam also has experience in investment banking at UCP, Mergermarket, ING Barings, and Barclays Capital. Sam holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from Columbia University.
