Rachel Whitlock

Rachel Whitlock has over nine years of professional work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Product Manager at Tava Health. In 2022, they will become an Adjunct Professor in the Strategy Program - Product Management at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Product Manager for Owlet Baby Care, where they managed the Owlet Pregnancy Band, Owlet Cam, and Owlet Soothe Smart Light+Sound Machine. In 2018, they served as an Associate Managing Director for BYU Cougar Capital and as a Product Management MBA Intern for Chatbooks. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Fenix International, where they worked on their product, ReadyPay Power. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Senior Associate and then an Associate in the Client Success Operations for Qualtrics. In 2013, they were an Analyst in the Consumer Practice Group for Egon Zehnder. Lastly, in 2012, they were an Analyst in the Finance and Strategy department for InfoTrax Systems.

Rachel Whitlock obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Strategy from Brigham Young University in 2013. Rachel then pursued a Master of Business Administration from the same university, which they completed in 2019. In 2019, they also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® from Platinum Edge Scrum Alliance. During their undergraduate studies, Rachel Whitlock was a Visiting Student at Rice University in 2012 and 2013.
