Matt Rama

Matt Rama currently serves as the Acting Chief Operating Officer at TMNZ and as Managing Director at Voyager Capital Solutions Limited, providing advisory services related to tax, restructuring, transformation, and finance. Previously, Matt held positions such as Chief Commercial Officer at P^werFinance and Managing Director at PwC New Zealand, where responsibilities included managing tax pooling solutions, executing growth strategies, and negotiating significant financial transactions. Matt’s extensive experience spans over two decades at PwC, which included leadership in taxation services and compliance, coupled with a strong legal and accounting background. Matt holds a combined degree in Law and Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington.
