Chris Howe-Smith

Chris joined TCS in 2023 after receiving his master’s degree in public policy from King’s College London, where his research focused on the intersection of government policy and citizens’ trust in democratic government. Prior to joining TCS, Chris worked in constituent affairs for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and interned in the US House of Representatives, focusing on energy, the environment, and labor relations. Chris received his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Government and History.
