Elliott Wortham

Director, Strategy & Experience Design at Taylor Design

Elliott Wortham has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they started as a Researcher at Small Business Institute and worked there until 2015 when they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Human Centered Design Intern. In 2018, they became the Director of Strategy & Service Design at Cleveland Clinic's Digestive Disease & Surgery Institute and Head & Neck Institute. Elliott also served as the Administrator in the Chief of Staff Office at Cleveland Clinic from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, Elliott co-founded Masamichi Souzou and worked as a Health Strategy & Design Consultant, specializing in strategy, experience & service design, research, and speculative design. Elliott also served as a Director of Service Design & Innovation at Sutter Health from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Director of Service & Experience Design at Taylor Design, a position they have held since 2023. Throughout their career, Elliott has demonstrated expertise in health and healthcare, team leadership, client management, and hands-on involvement in the work.

Elliott Wortham pursued various educational endeavors throughout their life. In 2010, they enrolled at Virginia Tech, where they graduated with a degree in Sociology, achieving the distinction of Summa Cum Laude in 2013. Subsequently, between 2013 and 2015, Elliott embarked on a new educational journey at the University of Minnesota and earned a Master of Health Administration. In 2020, they attended the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design for their Interaction Design Graduate program, specifically the IDP in Costa Rica. The field of study for each educational pursuit is not specified.
