Ivy Lu

Ivy Lu has work experience in the renewable energy and human resources sectors. They started as a Recruitment Consultant at Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at The Global Education & Leadership Foundation (tGELF) from August 2021 to November 2021. They also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Ørsted from October 2020 to June 2021, where they worked on tasks such as training coordination, HR documentation management, and policy auditing.

Ivy Lu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Chung Yuan Christian University between 2017 and 2021. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at The University of Edinburgh from 2021 to 2022. Ivy also obtained additional certifications during their education, including the "Human Resources Foundations" and "Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters" course certificates from LinkedIn Learning in July 2021. Furthermore, they obtained an IELTS 7 certification from the British Council in May 2020.
