Justin Tice

Justin Tice has extensive experience in the home construction industry, currently serving as a Purchasing Manager and previously as a Senior Purchasing Agent at Taylor Morrison since June 2016. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Senior Superintendent and Construction Manager at K. Hovnanian® Homes from March 2014 to June 2016, where multiple projects were successfully managed to meet operational goals. Justin also accumulated significant experience at Silverado Homes from March 2001 to March 2014, overseeing the construction of hundreds of single-family homes across 17 communities in the Central Valley. Earlier in the career, Justin worked as a Superintendent at DR Horton and as an Assistant Superintendent at KB Home. Educational background includes attendance at Sierra College from 1995 to 1997 and completion of a College Prep diploma at Roseville High School from 1992 to 1995.
