Lili Copping

Lili Copping is an Associate Consultant and Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Taylor Root, a global legal, risk, and compliance search and recruitment consultancy, since August 2023. Previously, Lili worked as an English Second Language Tutor at Paper Airplanes, Inc., assisting conflict-affected individuals in bridging educational and professional skill gaps. Additionally, Lili served as an Assistant Project Manager at The West Rocks Group, overseeing department and vendor coordination for the Longleaf Health and Wellbeing project. In 2019, Lili gained experience as a Social Media Research Intern at Ford Motor Company, providing insights on brand engagement through social media. Lili is pursuing an MSc in Global Supply Chain Management at the University of Sussex, following a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and A-Levels from Buckswood School Ltd.
