Naomi Ballah

Naomi Ballah is the Vice President at Taylor. Naomi was previously the Director Of Public Relations, Social & Influencer at L'Oréal from May 2018 to September 2021. Naomi has worked closely with the global marketing team to align on media objectives to support product launches, and promote growth and sales. Naomi was responsible for overseeing a three-person team managing owned social channels, influencer partners and public relations planning. Naomi has also managed public relations, influencer and media buying agency partners. Naomi has negotiated and secured celebrity partnerships to help amplify product launch efforts and activities (i.e. Laverne Cox partnership with Matrix Destination). Naomi has also coordinated L’Oréal USA cross brand partnerships within the Professional Products Division.

Naomi Ballah's educational career includes a Bachelor in Communications from St. John's University, with a focus in public relations and image management. Naomi also has a degree from New York University.
