The board of directors at Taysha Gene Therapies has a history of experience in the medical field, with many members having worked as Senior Medical Directors, Medical Directors, Chief Medical Officers, and Associate Professors at various institutes and hospitals. Many of the board members also have experience in the business side of things, with positions such as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at different companies. Furthermore, the board is also well-educated, with degrees in fields such as medicine, genetics, biology, and accountancy from schools such as St. George's University of London, Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
