Vera Dunaeva is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR business partnering. Vera has held the position of HR Business Partner at both Tinkoff and Mars, where responsibilities included strategic HR initiatives and talent management. In addition to these roles, Vera has served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on IT and Digital sectors, as well as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Digital Technologies at Mars.
