Barbara Garcia

Barbara Garcia, J.D., L.L.M., CFE has a diverse background in human resources and legal roles. Barbara started their career at BurgerFi International, LLC in 2011 as the Director of Human Resources & Legal Department, where they were responsible for managing HR operations and overseeing legal negotiations. In 2015, they joined HLK as a Franchise and Human Resources Consultant in the Office of General Counsel. Barbara provided guidance and support in franchise operations and HR matters. Since 2018, Barbara has been working at TBC Corporation as the Director of Human Resources. Their expertise in HR and legal matters has allowed their to successfully handle various corporate agreements and negotiations.

Barbara Garcia, J.D., L.L.M., CFE, has an impressive education history. Barbara earned their Master of Laws (L.L.M) degree from Stetson University College of Law. Prior to that, they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Roger Williams University School of Law. Barbara started their educational journey by completing their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of South Florida.
