Partha Basu

Partha Basu has extensive work experience in finance and analytics. Partha is currently serving as the VP of Analytics & Innovation at TBC Corporation since March 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President Finance at TBC Corporation from October 2021 to March 2022. Before joining TBC Corporation, Partha was the Senior Director of Finance at Reynolds American Inc. from August 2021 to October 2021. Partha also worked as the Sr Director of Finance at Sysco, Inc. from November 2013 to July 2021. Partha has previous experience at PepsiCo and Pepsi Beverages Company in various finance roles, including Director of Finance and Group Manager, Cost & Capability, Finance. Partha began their career as a Financial Analyst at Pepsi Bottling Company in July 1998.

Partha Basu has a diverse education history. Partha earned their HS and BSc degrees in Math, Statistics, and Economics from St. Xavier's College from 1982 to 1987. Partha then pursued further education at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they obtained MA and MPhil degrees in Economics from 1988 to 1992. Basu went on to pursue an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 1996 to 1998. During the same period, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at the University of Maryland. Finally, from 1992 to 1999, Basu attended Fordham University and earned a Ph.D. in Economics, specifically focusing on Macro Finance.
