Armen Matevosyan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Armen most recently worked at TBI Bank as the Chief Commercial Officer, starting in January 2019. In 2020, they joined TBI Credit Romania as an Executive Board Member. Prior to that, Armen held the position of Manager at Vivus.bg starting in October 2019. Armen also had extensive experience at Liberty Bank, where they served as an Executive Board Member, Head of Retail Banking, and later as an Executive Board Member, Deputy CEO - Retail Banking and Channels from January 2010 to December 2018. In addition, Armen worked at Rosbank as the Deputy Director - Retail Products & Marketing in 2009, and as the Affiliates Supervisor, Department of Europe at Societe Generale from February 2009 to May 2009. Before that, they held various roles at Bank Republic, including Executive Board Advisor, Head of Retail Banking, Chief Internal Auditor, and Executive Board Member, Director in Finance & IT. Armen also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Georgian Card JSC from January 2005 to January 2009 and at Creditinfo Georgia from January 2007 to June 2007. Prior to their banking career, they worked as the CEO of RELCO LLC from October 1998 to September 2003.

Armen Matevosyan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the European School of Management from 1994 to 1998. Armen also participated in an international exchange program at Montana State University-Bozeman from 1996 to 1997, where they focused on Accounting and Finance. Later, in 2002 to 2003, they completed a Master of Professional Accountancy degree from Montana State University-Bozeman. In terms of additional certifications, they earned the ACCA - Professional Part 2 Certificate from the ASSOCIATION OF CHARTERED CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS in 1998 and is currently a CFA Level II Candidate with the CFA Institute as of 2017.
