Silvia Petrova is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as People and Culture Manager at tbi bank since May 2016. Silvia has held various roles within the organization, including People Business Partner and Senior Expert Recruitment and Employer Branding, where key responsibilities included managing full-cycle recruitment, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies, and maintaining relationships with managers and candidates. Prior to tbi bank, Silvia worked as a Training & Development Specialist at Eldominvest, focusing on identifying organizational learning needs and enhancing training strategies. Silvia holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of National and World Economy and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Economics - Varna, complemented by a diploma in Banking from the High School of Economics.
