Doris Sung

Co-founder at TBM-Designs

Doris Sung's work experience includes being the Director of Undergraduate Programs at the School of Architecture at the University of Southern California since May 2020. Doris is also an Associate Professor with tenure at the university since 2017. Doris is a co-founder of TBM-Designs, where they are involved in developing smart self-shading windows called InVert™. Doris has been the Principal of DOSU Studio Architecture since 2001. In addition, Doris has worked as a Design Faculty member at the Southern California Institute of Architecture from 2001 to 2006 and as an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado from 1997 to 2001.

Doris Sung earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Architecture from Princeton University from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued their Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation from 1987 to 1990.
