Harley Augustine has extensive experience in brand strategy and consultancy. Harley has served as the Head of TBWA\\ Brand Labs at TBWA\\Australia, where they collaborated with businesses to develop and deploy engaging brands. Harley also worked as an Executive Planning Partner at TBWA\\Australia. Before that, they held roles as an Executive Director at FutureBrand, where they focused on brand strategy, identity, and design. Harley also served as a Council Member at the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA). Prior to these positions, Harley Augustine was the Brand Provocation Director and Writing Director at Elmwood, where they developed award-winning strategies for FMCG, corporate, and retail clients in Asia and Australia. Harley began their career as the Creative Director of their own independent copywriting and strategy business, Writemix Pty Ltd.
Harley Augustine attended the University of Melbourne from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in English Literature and Political Science, and a minor in Cinema Studies. In 1996, they also attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on an Academic Scholarship. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Wesley College from 1986 to 1993. In 2019, Harley attended Omnicom University for an Advanced Management Program. In 2014, they also participated in a course on "The Secret Power of Brands" at the University of East Anglia.
