Linda Miller

Linda Miller is the current Vice President of Government Programs at TCARE. Before that, they were the AAA Director/Caregiver Program Director at the Eastern Oklahoma Development District, Area Agency on Aging from August 2001 to April 2012. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of a multi million dollar regional grant that included nutrition services, legal aid, case managment, caregiver, and information services. Linda also oversaw all private grants provided to the agency, supervised a direct staff of 10, and provided oversight, technical assistance and guidance to all program grantees in the seven county area. Additionally, Linda chaired the EODD Council on Aging, sat on advisory boards as needed, and built community collaborations to expand the reach of all services.

Linda developed the region's award winning National Family Caregiver Support Program as mandated under the Older Americans Act services. Linda created the program from the ground up, including identifying needs, developing education programs, collaborating with local, state, and national services, marketing services, providing assessments of clients, managing client case loads and providing community outreach to identify those in need.

Linda is responsible for fiscal management of all budgets.
