Sean Gladieux

Sean Gladieux is the Vice President of Operations at TCDI. Sean has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and training. Sean began their career with the Greensboro Police Department in 1995 and rose through the ranks to become Captain. In 2001, they left the department to start their own consulting business. Over the next 17 years, they worked with clients from a variety of industries, providing training and consulting services in communication, ethics, hostage/crisis negotiation, physical security, and leadership. In 2018, they joined TCDI as the Vice President of Operations.

Sean Gladieux's educational career began at Louisville High School, where they graduated. Sean then attended Bowling Green State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Communications. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Security and Terrorism from East Carolina University. Finally, they completed the Administrative Officers Management Program (AOMP) at North Carolina State University and the Senior Management Institute for Police at Boston University.

They are on a team with Anthony Klier - VP, Privacy & Compliance, Michael Gibeault - Senior Director, Legal Services, and Christian Scherer - Project Director. Their manager is Bill Johnson, CEO.
