Karen Wolcott

Karen Wolcott is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Human Resources at TCG since April 2022, Wolcott previously held similar positions at Bellwether Asset Management, Inc. from July 2020 to April 2022 and at MWS VENTURES, where leadership resulted in the startup achieving profitability. Prior roles include working at Boeing as a Human Resources Generalist and Employee Relations Specialist, and various positions at Cornell University, American Express, Whalerock Industries, and The New York Racing Association. Wolcott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Labor Relations, Law & Society from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources & Employment Law from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
